Summary: Attempting the trials to close Hell lets loose something far worse than the occasional crossroads demon or Dean’s second favorite drinking buddy. Heaven wants all the tablets they can get their hands on, Abaddon wants to destroy everything in favor of utter chaos in Hell as well as on Earth, and somehow, Sam and Dean have to stop all of it.
Except stopping Abaddon might take more from Dean than he can afford to give.

Summary: Jimmy was anxiously waiting at the arrival gates. He was about to meet his long lost brother, Castiel, and said brother’s boyfriend, Dean. They had connected on accident – Jimmy had needed a blood transplant after an accident, and they needed a special donor. Castiel was that special donor, and even though they were literally on the other side of the globe, it had worked out. The blood had sparked some doubts for Jimmy, who had always known that he was adopted but never felt any inclination to find out about other family members. Now, though, now he was waiting for his brother, and he was pretty nervous. In their rush to meet, they didn’t really divest too many details at all.

Summary: In the fallout of their Shadow rebellion, things have been hazy for the Winchesters. The black mark on their name wasn't unexpected, but bracing for impact doesn't lessen the pain.
In the new status quo, Sam struggles. He wants to prove that he can pull his weight and, in his own way, shine. Easier said than done when one of the things he needs to break is his brother's overprotective instincts.
An impossible task - built on more myth than fact - might allow him to do just that. Or it might lead him to a fall he can't climb back from.
