Summary: When Jiang Cheng leaves Qinghe again after the fall of Lotus Pier, he brings with him eight Jiang survivors, six Lan cultivators, and Lan Wangji. It's not many people to accomplish what might be an impossible task: retrieve the swords left at the Wen Indoctrination camp and drag Wei Wuxian back to the Unclean Realm with them. He doesn't understand why the Lan sect is taking such an interest in tracking down his missing brother, but he'll take all the help he can get, even if it means being in close quarters with Lan Wangji.
AKA: Jiang Cheng and Lan Wangji take a guerilla warfare road trip through Yunmeng.
