We're trying something a bit new this week. On Saturday, we're going to be running almost continuous sprints (either twenty minutes on/ 10 minutes off, or 50 minutes on/ 10 minutes off) for 24 hours, starting at midnight Eastern and running through midnight on Sunday. You can find a full list of when sprints are running at on our calendar! (Which, really, I recommend subscribing to in your calendar method of choice).
